Because I have done (and continue to do) my own inner work, I’m able to support others with steadiness and clarity. I guide individuals and teams in learning how to regulate pressure, clarify priorities, and lead from a grounded internal foundation, especially when the external environment feels demanding or unstable.
Aside from my leadership pedagogy, frameworks, and assessment tools, I have complementary tools through practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, self-inquiry, and meditation. We can work with embodied leadership as a primary or supportive modality, depending on your needs. Together, we focus on integrating awareness into everyday decision-making, strengthening culture from the inside out, and aligning people both vertically (values, purpose, direction) and horizontally (communication, execution, follow-through).
